How are short video greetings delivered?
Short video greetings are produced in portrait format and are ideal for WhatsApp. Several names can be included in one greeting. The previous booking page offered PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
What should I know about the “Golden Book” video message?
This is a longer landscape-format message. Photos or wish lists can be used as source material. The base price is €60; each additional person costs €10. Delivery is by link or, by arrangement, via email/WhatsApp.
How long does a Christmas home visit take?
A home visit / Christmas gift-giving usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes. Santa Claus reads from the Golden Book and the Angel assists. Singing, poems, gifts, photos and videos can be part of the programme by arrangement.
What types of event are possible?
Examples include photo shoots, department stores, nurseries, hospitals, promotions, schools, senior facilities, TV appearances, walkabouts, Christmas events, company Christmas parties, hotels, trade fairs and custom campaigns. The appearance can take place indoors, outdoors or as a combination.
Can Santa Claus be booked on his own?
The previous booking page generally offered the service as a team of Santa Claus and the Angel.
Can we book you together with another family?
The previous booking page allowed a joint booking with one other family at no extra charge. Please mention this under “Important details / requested wording” in the booking form so we can review and confirm the arrangements.
What is the difference between a contact inquiry and a direct booking?
An inquiry sent through the contact page is non-binding. “Book now”, by contrast, submits a binding order. We check availability and accept the booking only with our explicit confirmation.
How does payment work?
The previous booking page offered PayPal and bank transfer for video services. You will receive the specific payment details after our confirmation. Corporate bookings are invoiced after the event to the billing address provided.
When will I receive my video?
The previous booking page stated that video greetings and video messages would be delivered in time for the specified occasion. We confirm the exact delivery date and method after reviewing the booking.
