We handle your data with care – particularly because Christmas bookings often involve families and children. Below we explain what data we process and for what purposes.

2. Hosting & server log files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page accessed and user agent) in order to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
Hosting provider: please add (name, address and retention period for log files).
Where applicable, a data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
3. Contact and booking requests via the forms
When you submit an inquiry, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, contact details, requested service, date/location, message/details). Optional uploaded files (JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF) are used solely to process the specific inquiry and are attached to the internal inquiry email. The purpose is to process your inquiry, coordinate dates and, where applicable, prepare a quotation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures/contract).
Information concerning children: Please provide only information that is necessary (e.g. names and brief notes relevant to the programme).
4. Email delivery (confirmation & notification)
After you submit a form, a confirmation is sent to your email address. We also receive an internal notification for processing. The data you entered is transmitted by email.
5. Contact via WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, communication takes place through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Communication data may be processed. You can alternatively contact us by email at any time.
6. External links (Instagram/TikTok)
This website contains links to Instagram and TikTok. When you click them, you leave our website and the respective provider’s privacy policy applies. We do not embed Instagram or TikTok feeds directly.
7. Retention period
We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to process it. Statutory retention obligations (e.g. for invoices) remain unaffected.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Embedding YouTube videos
The website may include videos from YouTube. When a video is loaded, a connection to YouTube/Google servers is established depending on your browser settings. In particular, your IP address and technical usage data may be processed.
Where possible, we use the more privacy-friendly “youtube-nocookie.com” embed. YouTube/Google may nevertheless process data and may set cookies.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in presenting our services effectively (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or – where a consent banner is used – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
